VictimConnect Resource Center (VCRC) is a weekday phone, chat, and text-based referral helpline operated by the National Center for Victims of Crime. Services are available for all victims of crime in the United States and its territories. Visitors to the hotline receive strength-based and trauma-informed services and referrals in over 200 languages.
We provide confidential resources and referrals to empower crime victims to regain control, navigate their options, and determine their next steps. The VictimConnect Resource Center serves all individuals who reach out for assistance regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, age, disability, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or when the crime occurred.
The VictimConnect Resource Map is a searchable tool with national and local resources commonly used by our visitors. The resources can be filtered by categories, services, location, and keywords.
